The paper discussed issues, challenges and opportunities of African migrant workers in Dubai service sector. research question addressed the extent to which sector are influenced by low reward enroll business colleges for higher paying jobs/spring board start-ups. core aspect study is use cross-sectional survey design generating required primary data. place Dubai-United Arab Emirates. A sample 380(150 Drivers, 130 Security guards 100 Waiters) respondents determined at 5% level significance error, using Yamane’s formula was selected from a population 7,600 stratified random sampling method purpose questionnaire administration. results indicated that large them jobs (75.26% response rate) created spring start-ups (74.21% rate). It therefore recommends among others: self-development home countries before travelling out, provision financial assistance entrepreneurial training countries.
